Does this replace my phone number?
No. You keep your existing number.
CallRescue does not replace your number and your customers will continue calling the same number they always have.
To make the missed call text back work, you’ll enable conditional call forwarding on your carrier (takes about a minute).
This simply tells your phone company:
- If you don’t answer
- Or your line is busy
Forward the call to your dedicated CallRescue forwarding number.
If you answer the call — nothing changes.
If you miss it — CallRescue triggers the automatic text.

Do I have to change carriers or systems?

How long does setup take?
